Disc Golf Tips : The Innova Champion Beast Disc

This is a typical disc golf bag, and today we’re going to talk about fifteen different discs. Different shot selections you would use for those. And the first one we’re going to look at is the Innova Champion Beast. Which is my favorite. There’s two different kinds of discs. Really there’s lots of difference, but the main contrast between the two is you have under stable discs and you have over stable discs. And what I mean by that, is that when you are the right handed thrower, when you throw the disc perfectly flat. The disc is actually engineered to either fade or turn to the right, or fade to the left. So most discs are actually engineered to either fade or turn. And the beast here is more of a under stable disc. So if I let the disc out flat, its actually going to turn this way before it fades back over this way. So what they call, is they call that a helix. And a helix is just a pattern of throw. Where you let the disc out and it turns over to the right, and if you throw it with enough loft it will pick back up and hieser back over. And this is a really reliable disc for me. It gives me 350 to 400 feet. I can throw it strait. I can throw it hieser. I can throw it anhieser. So this is definitely a very valuable tool in my bag. .
